Management Team Bios

Ralph Plumb - President
Ralph Plumb leads Atlantic Building & Remodeling with drive and passion to deliver high quality building services at a fair price. Prior to founding Atlantic Building, Ralph was the head of acquisitions for a residential re-development company in New Haven, Connecticut.
At Atlantic Building, Ralph is responsible for new project development and project management.
Ralph holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Yale University. While at Yale, Ralph was a four year letter winner on the varsity football team.

Gary Gonsalves - Project Leader/Foreman
Gary has over 15 years experience in the residential building industry. He started at a young age working alongside his father on remodeling and home maintenance projects. Gary is a licensed building inspector in the State of Rhode Island and brings his expertise and knowledge of residential building code to Atlantic Building.
Gary serves as a project manager and foreman for Atlantic Building's residential projects.

Greg Geyer - Lead Carpenter/Foreman
Before joining Atlantic Building, Greg gained experience in all phases of residential and commercial construction. Greg is a licensed construction supervisor in the State of Massachusetts and spent five years prior to joining Atlantic Building owning and operating a residential contracting company. Greg also has experience in commercial project management. Most notably, Greg was responsible for the oversight of a 150 unit condo conversion project.
