After we phoned Atlantic Building they responded to us promptly with a very reasonable quote--there were no surprises and no unexpected charges.  At the end of every work day, debris was cleaned up so that the yard was useable and safe.  The work crew was courteous and the work was done to a professional standard with quality materials.

We would like to thank and commend Ralph for his professionalism and knowledge when they recently developed a proposal for items that needed to be fixed to an addition to our house. We had another contractor build an addition on our house and we ran into many problems. The issue eventually went to a hearing and one requirement was that we get estimates for the things that needed to be corrected.

Ralph generously agreed to evaluate our addition fully knowing that most likely the original contractor would have the first opportunity to complete all of the necessary work. Ralph not only gave us an honest proposal but they brought to our attention some details with the addition that should be included in our report and questions we needed answered at the hearing. Ralph personally came to our house and described the entire proposal and all of their recommendations.
