Home improvement spending forcasted to rise in coming year
A recent study by the Remodeling Futures Program at the Joint Center for Housing Studies of Harvard University, found that home improvement spending is likely to reach a cyclical bottom in the current quarter and steadily increase during 2010. At Atlantic we see the proof all around us. Our current schedule of projects confirm what academics like Nicholas P. Retsinas point to: "it appears we may be near the bottom of the current remodeling cycle...with signs of stabilization in the national economy, homeowners are once again planning home improvement projects." All over Aquidneck Island and beyond homeowners are considering much delayed work around their properties. A competitive building landscape translates into more companies seeking placement on consumer bid sheets. But not all remodeling jobs are the same and certain companies have found more trouble than blessing. We are nimble enough to scale up or down quickly depending on the requirements and nature of your job. If you are ready to begin discussing a remodeling job, of any size, or possibly a new construction, give us a call (401) 846-1996.
