Newport Cottage
Atlantic Building was hired to complete the remodel of this 1930s Newport Cottage. While the project did not encompass a large work area, the level of detail and finish was outstanding, highlighted by a built-in banquet flanked by custom adjustable book shelving. The scope of the project included the following:
- modify the existing roof and second floor to convert attic space into a spacious master suite
- new roof in the entire house
- complete kitchen and dining room remodel
- new mechanicals (200amp electrical service, 2 zone unico hydro air system)
- interior and exterior paint
