Middletown Beach House

The Beach House project converted a 1960s Ranch house into a modern New England beach house with interesting rooflines and beautiful interior spaces.
Due to zoning restrictions, we could not completely demolish the existing structure, forcing us to use much of the existing structure.
This created some challenges as the framing was not strait and true. While this made the project more involved, it was easily mitigated by Atlantic Building's skilled team of carpenters!
